Benjamin's photographs are widely collected, published and have been exhibited and sold at art markets across the Southeast, from Brighton to London, Guildford to Faversham.

His work is different - it is photography, but 'unplugged' .

Natural light, long exposures and forgotten textures from old cameras merge with a stripped-back style to produce pictures which are maybe as close to poetry as they are to photography.

All of his images tend to have the same, undefinable quality, a mood that now hangs in the air.

His exquisite still life pictures take that mood to tell stories both about the world we are losing and what it means to be alive and to have lived. All images are carefully titled to add shading and depth and are available as signed, limited edition prints on bamboo paper.

When shooting commissions, there is a similar emphasis on authenticity and depth of meaning.
